Refund Policy
We do not give refunds for change of mind; we will only issue refunds if your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
All refunds must be returned within 14 days of receiving your stamp/cutter. For a refund to be processed, the item must be in its original packing and unused.

In this email, please supply the reason why you are requesting a refund, along with a picture of the item. Once we have received your email, we will contact you with futher instructions.
Tips and tricks
